Marga Blivier
Managing Director, founder and owner of MSI. With more than 20 years experience in the aviation industry, Marga started  MSI in 1991. Prior to MSI she served at Garrett / AlliedSignal Aerospace / Honeywell Aerospace, in her last position as Member of the Management Team directing the Commercial Department, including Contracts, Pricing, Legal and Customer Support. Marga holds an MBA from City University of Washington.



Juergen Hinkel

Juergen Hinkel is General Manager of the MSI Ruesselsheim facility. He is also in charge of acquisitions from OEMs for repair and distributorships in Europe and the Middle East. Juergen joined the company in 2009 and has more than 30 years experience in the aviation industry with Rockwell Collins Inc. Prior to MSI he served at RCD and RCDS as Managing Director, Director German Helicopter Programs and Service Manager. Juergen holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License, from the German Civil Aviation Authorities (LBA).


Klaus Langen

Klaus Langen joined MSI in 2008 as Director Business Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa. His experience in the aviation industry spans 30 years. He served for ten years in the German Air Force as Officer on military fighter aircraft and worked as aircraft and logistics engineer for a leading German aircraft manufacturer and MRO facility on Boeing aircraft and Dornier commuter aircraft. His education is that of military avionics engineer flight control systems and autopilot.


Monika Laumann-Soergel

Monika joined MSI in 2006 holds the position of Director Finance at MSI. Prior to MSI she held various senior financial positions at Nestlé Germany AG whom she joined after her tenure as debit controller at Fraport. She is a certified Management Accountant for International Accountancy and is a Certified Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Controlling.



Norbert Barwinske

Norbert Barwinske is the Director of Quality Management. He is instrumental in securing MSI's international approvals. He joined the company in 2006 after serving more than 35 years in the aviation industry. His experience includes working with companies such as Goodyear, Allied Signal / Honeywell Aerospace among others. Norbert holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License from the German Civil Aviation Authorities (LBA).


Tim Tartsch

Tim joined MSI in 2006 as Head of the IT Department. His responsibilities include the entirety of IT services and infrastructure within MSI worldwide. Prior to MSI he worked at DAVTA GmbH, providing external support to MSI. Tim started his career in 1995 as warehouse management systems developer at HOECHST AG.



Walter Eggers

Walter is the Technical Director of MSI. He joined the company in 2004. Walter's career spans more than 20 years in the aviation industry. Among other positions he served as Field Service Representative for Lufthansa in Kenya, Indonesia and Vietnam, and Quality Control Inspector at Lufthansa Aero. Walter has a wealth of experience with the PW100 series engines and was instrumental in setting up the MSI Repair Shop in Ruesselsheim. He holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License from the German Civil Aviation Authorities (LBA).


Ahmad Qinawi
Ahmad is General Manager of the MSI Dubai facility. He joined MSI in December 2009, with 23 years of experience in the aviation industry. Ahmad started his career as a line maintenance engineer with Royal Jordanian and was responsible for the Avionics Department Service Engineering. In 2005 he joined IATA's regional office in the capacity of Manager Saftey, Operations and Infrastructure for the Middle East and North Africa. Ahmad holds a BSc degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.


Michael Fleischer
Michael is General Manager of the MSI Bremen facility and joined MSI in April 2010 with more than 25 years experience in the aviation business. His career started in a MRO facility (Deutsche Airbus/ASL) as a heavy maintenance structural engineer. Later he was responsible for special projects as a project manager and left the company as Vice President Engineering. Then Michael joined STN Atlas/Rheinmetall Defence Electronics as a project manager for a multi national project in the Flight Simulation department and later he was responsible for the world wide Product Support of the Cargo Loading Systems. Michael is heading the Distribution business unit of MSI. He holds a diploma for Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science, Cologne.

Guenter Drees
Guenter is the Director of Human Resources and Special Projects.
He joined the company in 2007 and has good experience in all fields of finance, administration and human resources. He was Finance Manager of MSAS, one of the world leading freight forwardes and Director of MULTITRADE, a company dealing with chemicals in Eastern Europe and Russia.
